Topic: Specifics of updating the Russian satellite constellation in modern conditions
General information about the topic: Changes in supply chains and established cooperation schemes have radically affected the process of creating domestic spacecraft and require the development of new approaches to the creation of promising spacecraft.
Sergey Prokhorov
Director of the Department of Advanced Programs and the Sphere Project, Roscosmos
Topic: Prospects for the development of satellite communication systems within the framework of the federal project “Sphere”
General information about the topic: Goals, objectives and current composition of orbital constellations created within the framework of the federal project “Sphere”. Creation of base and subscriber earth stations for interfacing with public networks and providing users with access to the Internet. Providing communication and broadcasting services on the basis of a single operator.
Anpilogov Valentin
Deputy General Director of VISAT-TEL JSC. Ph.D., Associate Professor
Topic: Hybrid low-orbit satellite communication systems for providing seamless services - design technical solutions and problematic issues
General information about the topic: The results of an analysis of the design of future low-orbit satellite communication systems integrated with 4/5/6G and LPWAN networks are presented. to provide seamless services. Key technical solutions are discussed, including those proposed in the 3GPP NTN materials, their advantages and disadvantages. The relationship between planned technical solutions and the achievement of potential commercialization of low-orbit integrated communication systems is analyzed, taking into account the peculiarities of their business model. The proposals that the authors consider the most promising for creating an integrated low-orbit multi-satellite system for providing seamless services are formalized.
